Independently from which form or method of payment you decide to
undertake for your Holiday Accommodation, you will receive a
BOOKING CONFIRMATION as soon as your payment is
processed and the dedicated apartment allocated to you. It is
important that we highlight to our Guests that we strive to
allocate you in the designated apartment, and this is the case most
of the time. Unfortunately, every now and then, there are
unforeseen circumstances/emergencies (ie Air/Conditioning
System to be attended to etc) that require your relocation in
another apartment of similar capacity and specification.
On your BOOKING CONFIRMATION with Q1
HOLIDAYS GOLD COAST you will be given a brief snapshot of
your booking where the following is highlighted for you to double
check:
- Personal Details
- Number of Occupants divided by Adult and
Children
- Your Estimated Time of Arrival and
Departure
- Your payment for the accommodation characterised by the
Full Amount; Deposit and Balance Remaining along with any credit
card surcharge paid.

accommodation, this is the moment where we would like to highlight
the availability of several items that, if you wish, can be
purchased in order to make your stay with us a treasured moment.
Unless negotiated with the Reservation Manager, these items are not
included with the accommodation fee. Airport Transfers; Extra
Linen; Extra Midstay Cleaning; Baby Cot Hire; Fold Up Bed Hire;
Cable PAY-TV; Internet B/Band; Fruit Plate; Cheese Plate; Arrival
Light Refreshment; Chocolates and Champagne.
