Sub Penthouses are located from level 60 to 73.

APARTMENT AMENITIES - All apartments are supplied with bedding and toweling; kitchens are equipped with cooking facilities, including dishes, cutlery and basic cooking utensils. Upon your arrival, the apartment will be supplied with an initial supply of bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, etc), kitchen supplies (coffee, tea, sugar, milk, etc) and dishwashing liquid and powder and laundry liquid. After your arrival, all amenities are your responsibility to replace.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES - Our apartments receive a full clean on arrival. You are booked in a fully self-contained, self-catered Apartment and not in a Hotel Room, the apartment is equipped with "cleaning tools" so it is expected that you clean after yourself as needed. On arrival you are provided with a Starter Package comprehensive of: Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, Coffee Tea Sugar and Milk and basic detergent for Wash-Machine, Dish-Washer and Toilet Paper; if you require more during your stay the replenishment of the above items is at guest's expenses. In the Q1 Retail Precinct there is a "Convenience Store open until midnight 7 days per week. A midweek-clean can be arranged during your stay, mandatory for guests staying longer than 8 nights. This includes; replacement of towels, replenishment of toilet paper and kitchen supplies only; and a bed-linen change will occur half way through your stay.

POOL TOWELS - It is recommended that guests bring their own pool towels to enjoy our array of swimming pools and local beach areas as we do not supply beach towels.

HIGHCHAIR & COT RENTAL - Highchairs and cots are available for rental, please contact Reservations on 07 5538 7412 prior to your arrival to make arrangements (charges apply).

ADDITIONAL PERSONS - Should you require the use the sofa bed located in the living area of the apartment, for additional guest use, please contact Reservations prior to your arrival to make arrangements (charges apply).

AIRPORT TRANSFERS - Transfers from both Brisbane and Coolangatta Airports are available to be booked by phoning TAXI directly on 131008.

OBSERVATION DECK - Q1 Observation Deck takes you to the highest point above the Gold Coast for stunning 360 degree views from the surf to the hinterland and beyond. Enjoy coffee and cake, or perhaps an evening cocktail, in the stylish Skybar cafe and lounge bar located on Level 77. Admission to the Observation Deck is $19.50 per adult and $9.50 per child. Family rates available and all Q1 Holidays Gold Coast guests receive a discount on these prices .
