Independently from which form or method of payment you decide to undertake for your Holiday Accommodation, you will receive a BOOKING CONFIRMATION as soon as your payment is processed and the dedicated holiday apartment allocated to you. It is important that we highlight to our Guests that we strive to allocate you in the designated apartment, and this is the case most of the time. Unfortunately, every now and then, there are unforeseen circumstances/emergencies (ie Air/Conditioning System to be attended to etc) that require your relocation in another apartment of similar capacity and specification.
On your BOOKING CONFIRMATION with Q1 HOLIDAYS GOLD COAST you will be given a brief snapshot of your booking where the following is highlighted for you to double check:
- Personal Details
- Number of Occupants divided by Adult and Children
- Your Estimated Time of Arrival and Departure
- Your payment for the accommodation characterised by the Full Amount; Deposit and Balance Remaining along with any credit card surcharge paid.
