Check Out / Departure Conditions
As stated you are purchasing the accommodation in a fully self contained apartment; so it is important that we highlight to you that an Apartment is not an Hotel Room and as a consequence the cleaning related to the apartment is substantially different. Midstay servicing can be arranged if you like by calling Guest Support on 07 5538 7412.
You are coming for a Holiday and we hope you can relax and enjoy but it is also important that as a guest you are aware of fundamental rules that we apply consistently with everybody so no misunderstanding will arise at check-out:
On departure the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Upon departure please ensure all rubbish is removed from the apartment and disposed in the dedicated disposal room which has recycling bins and chute for garbage. on every level all disposal rooms are located near any apartment ending in "01".
If you used the Microwave Oven or theTraditional Convention Oven , make sure that they will be left clean as per arrival condition - cleaning fee applies if left dirty.
Bowls, Cutlery, Pans and Crockery to be thoroughly washed, dried and put away.
Sheets removed from beds and together with towels to be placed in bath tub. Any Blood or heavy soiling of any linen or bedding will be charged at dry-cleaning fee as applied to us.
Check-out time is 10.00 AM by the latest, (unless agreed to by owner) to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Please on departure leave your keys and resort fobs on the kitchen bench - you can still move your car out of the carpark using the reception button on the electronic pad, just press and gate will be opened for you.
Please do not leave keys and fob to reception in the lobby as they are another company.
