From the time we booked our 10-night stay at Q1 we received first class service. An additional two nights was easily arranged along with requirements for our toddler. I'm very sceptical of properties advertised with "Water Views" but from the moment we walked in the door it was all we could see to the horizon. The property was modern and very large but the real difference was the property managers (Danilo & Lisa) who did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. I've been fortunate to say in some of the best hotels in Australia, including the Gold Coast, but they don't compare for value for money, space, service and the views provided at Q1. I've told all my family, friends and colleagues that they must stay here next time they go to the Gold Coast and book through Q1 Holidays. You wont be disappointed.

Although we had a very late arrival this was no problem as it often is in Surfers. Keys for the apartment and parking were left for us. We dealt mainly with 'Lisa' who was a great help in many ways and was always happy to help with information and advice.The apartment was spotlessly clean and the size was very impressive. All the kitchen equipment we needed was supplied and ample refrigeration also. It was a real plus having a fully equipped laundry in the apartment. Over many years we've stayed at a lot of apartments in Surfers but this was by far the best. Very handy to restaurants and shops and it really felt like our home away from home. We'll always go back to Q1 now.

We had a really good stay at Q1, both 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom on the 30th floor. Views from the 30th floor are beautiful and we will be back sometime to enjoy this in the future. The service provided was very good and the apartments were very neat and clean and very well equipped with whatever one may need for a short stay. And last but not the least, Q1 is located so conveniently to all tourist attractions, beaches and shopping precints. Thanks for your hospitality.

My wife and I stayed in a one bedroom apartment high floor at Q1. We could not have planned a more enjoyable time. From a warm greeting at reception by our host, till a reluctant departure, our stay was perfect. Highly recommended apartments matched with highly professional service. We will be back again soon!

Our accommodation was booked over the phone by Lisa. She explained where we would be staying, the amazing low cost, payment options and set everything up for us, leaving us with only working the details on how to get up there.

When the 3 of us (my partner, daughter and myself) arrived at the Q1 not sure what to expect. We were greeted by Danilo, friendly and helpful man who showed us to our room and went into detail about everything we needed to know about where we were staying. When we got up to the room, not only were our expectations met they were surpassed no end. The apartment was open, welcoming, full of style and had a view that could not be beaten. The room had everything we could need and more. While it was a one bedroom apartment the little one was taken care of with her own bed and little sleeping area which she loved. It was definitely family friendly and a very relaxing space to stay in.

Overall everything was brilliant from excellent service to a beautiful room with a fantastic view. We have already recommended the company to family and friends and hope to head up to Queensland to stay at the Q1 again as soon as possible. Thank you again and see you soon!

Thanks for a magnificent stay! Both of our apartments were amazing. This is our second visit to Q1 and both times we have used your services and couldn't be happier! This time we stayed higher up in the tower and the view was unbelievable! Having Danilo personally meet and greet was a very fine finishing touch. The cot and highchair was such a lovely thought. Danilo, well what a top bloke, he had my kids in stitches when we were putting the suitcases in the car and my son said they are not going to fit. Danilo replied with put it in your pocket haha Jack is still working on it.

We received excellent service, thanks heaps Lisa. The apartment was just so nice, we were very comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy a very relaxing holiday. The location of the q1 is so good it is only a short walk to the town, beaches and our favorite surf club for breakfast. We swam in the resort pools which were great because if u wanted to be in the sun one pool enabled that and the other pool was great for when u had had enough sun. I could not say anything negative of our holiday at all except I wish it could of been for longer.

We had a fantastic time at Q1. The views from the 55th level were spectacular and the apartment itself was excellent. Danilo and his family were most welcoming and inviting in every way, they made you feel comfortable from the word go. Our stay there is one to be remembered forever but it won't be the last as we intend to go back in the near future.

A well enjoyed stay at level 50 Q1 Resort. The location is central with easy access to almost everything. The apartment itself is quite breathtaking, although the sound of the wind - being so high - at night needs a bit of getting used to. The resort might benefit more if it also catered for young children, as young families like to visit the Gold Coast. Overall, great stay.

Very helpful service and responses leading and during the stay at the Q1 resort. Rooms were of high quality as well and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended, we will be returning in future!!

We spent a wonderful week at Q1 over the September holidays. We booked our apartment through Danilo and he looked after us very well. We were greeted on arrival by Danilo and he made sure all our needs were taken care of. The apartment was modern and clean and the view was spectacular. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

We had a very relaxing time in a great premises on Level 50. I can highly recommend Suite 5001 for its amazing views over Surfers Paradise. The staff were all very polite and facilities clean and well maintained. The room was very well apointed and we wanted for nothing . we would definetly stay at the Q1 again should we be holidaying in Surfers.

My daughter and I stayed in the 2 bedroom unit on the 54th floor during the first week of December 2011. We absolutely loved the view from the apartment and we loved all of the amenities. It was very bright and modern. The location was right in the heart of the Gold Coast Restaurants and Shopping. The water pressure in the showers were by far the strongest of any hotel or condo that we have ever stayed in. It was nice to have our own laundry machines so that we could do our wash at our convenience. Waking up to a 4:45 am sunrise was spectacular. It rained two of the four days that we stayed here so having an apartment with large open spaces made it easier for us to deal with the rainy days. We would recommend staying at the Q1 to anyone visiting the Gold Coast area. Having Lisa meet us upon check in was of great value as she showed us how everything works and told us a little bit about the area.

We rented a sub penthouse on the 60th floor for our first family holiday (2 Year old twins and 4 year old). We took my husbands parents with us and the set up was fantastic. We had a brilliant time!

We recently stayed at a beautiful apartment at the Q1 it was amazing and the view was spectacular!! Check in and check out was so easy and the lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly! We would definately recommend the Q1 holiday! It was so good, so much so that we didnt want to leave!!

This Q1 apartment is a must on the list of things to do...not only a wide high-rise view standing 70 floors up, it covers the ocean and surfers in the day then at night the beautiful lights are so amazing. Peaceful and spacious with many luxurys in the room itself. Easy access to the express lifts and then a short walk to one of the best beaches in Australia. Cavill avenue is also a must with many shops and stalls to see. Waking up in the morning is the best thing becoz not only do you have glass panels all across the unit, you first handidly get to watch the Sunrise and whoah! what a site to see... If you haven’t stayed here before, you are kidding yourself not to stay in this luxurious Q1 apartment. Thank you...
